Meet Frances Donnelly
Frances Donnelly is a CSQE (Certified Software Quality Engineer) and C.Q.P.A with expertise in manufacturing and quality software solutions. She is Director of Software Development for Horizons International.
Over the past 18 years she has visited over 500 manufacturing locations, either in person or virtually, with the goal of identifying quality management and manufacturing solutions. This variety of industry exposure, along with her successes leading Just In Time, Lean, Demand Flow and TQM projects gives her the ability to knowledgeably support specific project goals related to continuous improvement and corrective and preventative action plans.
We stand out because all the staff and ownership demonstrate a commitment to helping manufacturers be successful, whether they use our products or not. We strive to be generous with our knowledge. We understand that smaller companies need the same range of functionality as larger companies but they don’t have the same budget.
